Sexual and Reproductive Health Education is a training course designed for all employees, with particular focus on migrant workers, aimed at promoting safe, respectful, and informed choices around sexual and reproductive health. By addressing sensitive topics with cultural awareness, the programme supports individual wellbeing, workplace harmony, and access to essential health services.

Participants gain awareness of relevant health risks and protections, understand the importance of consent and respectful relationships, learn to make informed decisions about family planning, and develop the ability to navigate cultural differences respectfully — while also learning how to access appropriate health and support services when needed.
