PROGRAMME BRIEF

  • The fire policy is always misunderstood at the time of making a claim. Many are confused by terms like Sum Insured, Reinstatement and Utmost Good Faith. The knowledge sharing provided during this intensive program will be able to guide participants in the evaluating the coverage, clauses and claims aspects of this operational risks. The course leader will also address the Principles of Insurance which forms the base of policy coverage.

  • Various insurance concepts & technical issues will be addressed during this interactive course. The Course Leader will share some of the more on risk management and operational risks and its technical challenges to enable better understanding of this subject matter.

  • The course will use case studies during the delivery for participants to understand the better some of the practical aspects of policy understanding and operational/ maintenance issues involving Fire policy risks. Claims management and handling will also be addressed.
